Lowering the number of divisions is a good idea. All other changes are cosmetics. Each positive change comes with a negative aspect. Zero-sum overall. We're limited to 2 division attacks and 1 division (+1 garrison) defenses in order to make 3 rounds the max for a map. The number 16 was decided upon after sloth simulated campaigns a few times and 16 seemed about right for having to be strategic while also not having to worry about having battleday...

I have no idea about the bleed. I think lack of numbers is under 5, but I could be wrong on that. It probably makes sense to put that first. I haven't really looked at the wiki. That contradiction likely comes from some confusion about how "garrisoned" units work. I can explain if you like...

However it worked out, there's supposed to be an even number of battledays after the BFI and before Thanksgiving. I don't think that schedule reflects that. It's possible our meeting notes weren't fully translated to gwynzer.

I assume lat means latency. I'm not the server admin, butI'd assume the issue with that, is that global-conflict players come from all over the world, and I don't think it's fair to kick high ping people who aren't in GC, and leave those that are.
