Sniper is not banned and those that say it is should be questioned with respect. TAs will not ban or kick for any kit class. But your army can kick. Check for banned weapons tho. There wasn't room for me to play today, but the stream I watched was awesome. I watched squad after squad spawning and fighting for their goals. Win or lose, there was some kick ass squad success.

You can wash electronics, the tough part is being patient and knowing when its truly dry inside or risk shorting and permanently ruining it. Patience tends to be the hard part and making sure you remove any form of batteries. Ideally you would wash it with 90% alcohol or other rapidly evaporating so...

It wasn't fully loaded. But I did not feel there was any other weirdness playing on the EU server than what can be expected for 180 ping. Which surprises me for BF4.

Looks like video memory issue on the video card to me. New build may have different air flow pronouncing the problem. Just a guess, but for the problem to follow from one machine to another and only under load says to me video card or video fan issues to me.
