I'm sorry, but I'm going to be staunchly for all unlocks. I don't see how we can tell one of our members that they can't play the position they want because they don't have time to max their unlocks in a particular class/vehicle. Which will happen if certain players have weapons that others do not. ...

I have to agree with Ash here. The benefit of having a commander can not out weigh one side having an AA with active radar missiles and/or boats with TV missiles and the other side not having them.
