I signed up. The feature that interest me the most is not having to choose servers. So you can play with friends and multiple guilds. Every time I've played a MMO my friends end up with characters on different servers.

After 3-4 hours playing different maps on conquest and scavenger I'm loving this exp pack. I feel like the maps are very well put together. In fact they are probably the most dynamic and interesting maps I've ever seen in a FPS. There's debris, doors and terrain that can be destroyed to allow access...

DICE has stated that the free version is not connected to the original retail version. So only free 1942 players can play each other and vice versa.
