Re: TS server down?

Dear all

I am doing some maintence work on the VPS with PROCON and teamspeak.

You may find that TS3 will be down and up a couple of times in the next hour.

This is expected and I hope to get TS3 back on the original IP soon.

Thanks
Rob

Re: javelin discussion

How would we even go about enforcing no gunner soflam? There doesn't seem to be a reliable way to check as there is with other banned weapons... Same as everything. You notice something wrong in game, you complain to your higher officer, Rob shouts at the poor soul. I love shouting  Might ...

Re: Project Reality 1.3 standalone Release

I downloaded the game, I love the slow pass of the game. It requires decent teamwork, the option to talk to people in vicinity is awesome. Set decent orders in game, 8 man squads, 100 people on a server. I am enthusiastic I hope more of you will try it out, I hope it might be an option for an campa...

Re: BF4 or BF3 - The poll is back again!

I think if we want to use both the HC's and TA's need to sit down and fully flesh out the details as I can see this getting very complex

Re: BF4 or BF3 - The poll is back again!

Jokerle already posted those but just to repeat, these are the recommended server requirements (for a 64-player instance): Windows Vista or newer, Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer 1 (one) dedicated physical core at 2.8GHz or higher 4GB of RAM or more 100mbit incoming/outgoing bandwidth or more VU do...

Re: BF4 or BF3 - The poll is back again!

don't jump to conclusions based on.... nothing. I've heard a rumor that because of the complexity BF4 server simply can't calculate more then 30 frames per second stable due to current hardware limitations. Now theres a 120hz server in CTE. Is it running on NSA super computer? maybe, maybe not. Doe...

Re: BF4 or BF3 - The poll is back again!

I just read you can host private servers with venice unleashed. That would be a massive cost saving. Also the servers have netcode settings, you can set them up to a 120 tick rate, compared to BF3/4's 30. I'm not sure what kind of machine you'd need to run it on, but I want to give it a shot on my ...

Re: GC meet-up UK

well I have two couches and a big 4k tv, but unfortunately somewhere more central would be reading or Newbury and they are just as expensive. The bright side of London is 24/7 public transport.

Re: BF4C5: What do YOU want to see?

if the TA's can manage to set up servers on time and not make mistakes, then use the tools you have used so far if not consider alternatives. and yes you can use warcon to set up the maplist for the day beforehand (just ask the general for it) and im pretty sure you can use both tools concurrently ...
