Sound cards are not worth the trouble. Take it back and get a good speakers or a better headset.

You will only be freeing up about 0.5% of your cpu's capacity and you will be using 5-10% more ram. Total wast of money and time.

From and experienced SB card user.

You can make a key bind to switch channels in TS. Make sure you test them, and you do need to put in the PW. Do not forget to add one to go back to your original channel. :P Also DO NOT Alt-Tab out of BF, use Ctl-Alt-Del. It is recommended in the readme, and I have never had a problem gettin in and ...

The death of the AGP slot is not yet here. The PCI is 'supposed' to replace agp when the next windows release occurs. But that is actualy false, PCI will only give a big advantage to a system running 64 bit programs with a 64 bit operating system. Untill that happens AGP is the more stable and faste...

I am currently running Mushkin DDR400 PC3200, which is vey common and has really come down in price. I would think SDRAM would have also. There was a small patch for bf42, but it was over a year ago. But check to make sure you have the latest version.

If that is not the issue, make sure you have all patches backed up and then reinstall bf42.

GL m8

BTW good to see you around.

I will get an advertising campaign rolling if you guys do it. I think at least we might get some mention in modding & mapping forums.

I would like to see 7-10 custom maps for next camp, and possibly a few to add in for this camp.
