I have to play at 1600x900 at lowest settings and I just about get 35fps. I need a new card.

So after a bit of play I'm pretty content with the changes. Shooting is more enjoyable and there seems to be less luck involved in my firefights.

Looking good, I'll be giving this a try tonight! Some dude on reddit said it felt so much more crisp to play, but I'm trying to keep my hopes up in case of disappointment.

As requested, an overview of the general selection process. From what I've seen this is roughly how things work at the moment. Firstly the generals are very important, they lead and are the face of their army, but just one motivated HC member will make up for a poor general (though that isn't ideal)...

So the new patch has dropped with new hangars etc (they look incredible). I'm struggling to hit anything now in my 300i :/
Though I did learn a helpful tip earlier, hitting [Shift] to boost will allow you to quickly change direction.

Yup I played for a minute this morning before work. It was a bit buggy and the game kept on returning me to the hangar randomly, also the server I was on was a bit laggy with ships disappearing and appearing elsewhere. Other than that it was good fun and looking forward to more stable releases!!

Oh my goodness, US v Belgium was a great game. I was disappointed by the result but it was one of the best games I've seen in ages. USA lost very very well.
