So I figured out a bug/"feature" to use any gun on any side. Just set the gun you want in battlelog on the side you want and don't mess with it in game and huzzah! M16A3 for the criminals. Nice! Just done the same and also added the SPAS-12 to both classes :D lol, this was a bug in bf4 to...

I use wolfram alpha for things like this.
Then dealing with time it defaults to you local timezone, if you want some place else just add "in timezone" or "in place name"
