if one team wins 2 rounds there is no 3rd round. Since the main focus for this campaign was to make the two armies as balanced as possible I don't think that this will be the most often outcome. Plus you need someone without any bias to manage the campaign system. Especially when it becomes more complicated with the Risk rules, fog of war, etc. Plus, sometimes the HC of an Army can't see things from the other army's point of view. Having neutral referees is a big part of what keeps GC fun ...

IMO we need to prohibit soflams, there is a weird sound bug where u dont get the lock on sound and just suddenly get hit by a javelin, it happened at least 2 times every battleday. Just try to fly a Chopper against some Soflams/Javelins and you will know what I mean. Even a ECM Jammer cant save you...
