Then maybe you should read it, OR I should have posted the second sentence as well
For the avoidance of doubt, where the Work is a musical work, performance or phonogram, the synchronization of the Work in timed-relation with a moving image ("synching") will be considered an Adaptation for the purpose of this License

Attribution simply means giving us (machinimasound.com) credit. Depending on the medium you publish your work on, possibilities for attribution can vary. As a rule of thumb, it needs to be clear to the viewer where the music came from.

For something like YouTube and Vimeo, putting us in the description of the video will suffice.

Example:

Music used: Rallying the Defense by Machinimasound.com
This implies that it's fine to attach to a video of some kind.

Considering 5 is chopped off at the end I think 6 may work better.. Also 4 is perfect if you plan on using it at the end.

its only from last BDay which was actually half-Bday and with CC on there were a lot of interruptions.
live 5 was actually a clean one, not sure why it got cut off, i've extracted it again and updated the .zip

but i don't know why we need to settle on such a poor quality when we could just ask our glorious TAs to donate their voice over TS and get it without interruptions.

and theres little point to discuss the sounds when we don't have a video ..

We have the intro which is all I would use it for, but no clean voice over

Hm, while I still fail to see the difference between their premium license and the CC license I tend to agree.

Premium: no attribution + some premium only songs

With radio clicks and white noise (headphone warning)
Spoiler: show
Radio Clicks but no white noise + volume reduction
Spoiler: show
Clean Version, just the live
Spoiler: show
I was bored, really bored: http://youtu.be/f5nt1rPBGrY

the last one sounds wicked.
heres with radio buttons i put in
http://t2.technion.ac.il/~shimon3/live5a.wav
but i don't think its nice to have it a video intro.
in a regular GC video there should be some stroke of electrical guitar and thats it.
like here
Spoiler: show
no one plays on a guitar here?

I do (e-bass and a bit guitar). If something like this is wanted I could install my recording interface.

I'm thinking that maybe "This is gonna be Live" is better than "This is Live", just because of the lenght. I don't know, it feels too short to me.

I have to say, I'd prefer Styphon's energetic "This is laaaaaaaiv this is live!", cause the current one seems a bit boring =S
