Naruto Shippuden wouldn't even fit the criteria Necromancer's looking for. While there is a plot, it's just so long that in some sense that it doesn't really seem to really have a plot.

Chemical, since you were a big fan of Steins;Gate, did you watch Robotics;Notes since it was made by the same game studio that did Steins;Gate?

Probably not what Necro is looking for but it's a classic. "Study study study study..."

Any recommendations on Slice of Life anime?

I love the RomCom/Slice of Life genre. The most recent one I watched was Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. I frekin loved it.

Toradora maybe? 25 episodes I think? Also done by JC Staff, the same one that did Sakurosou no Pet na Kanojo. I think it has one of the better character developments I've seen in a RomCom/Slice of Life anime.

By the way, did you finish Kokoro Connect (I think you mentioned you were watching it, correct me if I'm wrong)?

I don't usually like comedies but Baka to Test had me laughing at several points. Aria and Tamayura are pretty good pure SOL shows. If you like Toradora you may like Ano Hana. Lastly Bakuman is surprisingly intriguing despite it's sort of bland premise.

I watched ToraDora and really liked that one.
I watched AnoHana and... O my goodness.

I'll give Aria and Tamayura a try. I also started Haruhi a while back but never got around to finishing it.. Maybe ill start up again.

I enjoyed Haruhi. Read all the current novels too (translated of course). I guess the only big gripe about it is the Endless Eight arc of the second season. I doubt they will ever make new seasons of it because the hype about Haruhi is pretty much gone.

The Haruhi movie was pretty well received in Japan so hopefully we may get to see more of the show.. although it has been a couple years since then. The endless eight was pretty bad but people still bought the blurays

I forgot they made the movie. I saw it like two years ago? Definitely well done. If they did a new season, I would hope that they would maybe introduce or at least hint to the other opposing organizations.
