Try disabling motion blur maybe?
EDIT: Just watched the video.

Ramp up the bitrate?

First of all, 1440/900 = 1.60 aspect ratio, and 1280/720 = 1.77 aspect ratio. It's not a straightforward downsampling operation, so I'm guessing you lose quality when you record at 1280x720 right off the bat. Do the uncompressed videos that dxtory generates look good? If not try using the same aspect ratio to record. The equivalent for you would be 1440/900 * 720 = 1152. So try recording at 1152x720 instead. Also, try bumping up your average and maximum bitrate from your current settings.

The videos I record looks perfectly fine..its just when rendering.

Ok then yeah it looks like it's being overcompressed. Increase the avg/max bitrates and see what happens.

Another question how big are these files ideally you want. These ones I have right now that are rendered are 500MB to 700MB.I rendered one which looks much better which come out to 2GB

Highlight "8 Mbps HD 1080-30p Video", click on "Customize Template", use my settings if you want to. 86% in quality is good enough for youtube.

Scratch that, that one was for 1080p. Use the "6Mbps HD 720-30p Video" template instead.

Download and use x264 codec and don't GPU render.

Sony AVC/MVC
It should be listed under the MPEG categories. Many of them are have "memory stick" in the title.

It doesn't matter, all of them will work. They're all based off the same template with a few small changes. Just pick one and modify it to your liking.

That depends on what you mean by "ideally". If you mean best quality, you could get up to 2GB/min, if you mean lowest filesize, you can go as low as you can get; for a decent middleground, my rendered videos would be around 700MB for 30 mins.
