whats the use of these sprayer jets...is it to cool down the plastic?

Sorry for responding a year late lol. You use water spayers to mist the inside of the slide rather than pumping alot of water through it, because the less water there is the faster you go. So with this particular slide you do a corkscrew at a 45% angle you need the velocity to carry you up hill and once you start the second downhill portion they pump more water into the slide to slow you down for the end. The part im sitting on is the up hill section.
