Can't pre-order BF 4 from Origin [Need some help]

So... basically:

Because I live in South America (Argentina) I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA 15-20 USD (That would be like 150 Arg. Pesos) because I'm ONLY allowed to buy games at the SAME amount of money but in EUROS.

Example:
EDIT: both pictures show the "Standar edition" that comes with China Rising DLC.
On top: Battlelog
Bottom: Origin



1 USD = 5,3 Pesos
1 EU = 7,2 Pesos

So, any ideas? Is there any gift system like in steam? I could send the money to some friend in the USA (using paypal) or IDK, some extra websites that sell games? I never tried those.

EDIT: I talked to Origin "help" about this, and there is nothing they can do, even after they did acknowledge the "issue"

i bought bf3 premium using a proxy to mimic Brazilian IP and save few bucks too.

no, it doesn't matter.
use the origin website. it shows you the price based on your IP. it doesn't check the origin of the card, as, for example, you might be on a trip, a vocation, or temporary relocation and use a non-local credit card.

so use a proxy to change your ip to whatever you want to pay in, get on the origin website, it will automatically display the language associated to that region IP and its price.
buy normally with your card.
after purchase switch the proxy off, log into origin and voila - its in!
