Paypals giving away free money

All you've gotta do is go through a shitty presentation of theirs that takes all of 20 seconds. It doesn't really say anything important, so i'm not sure why they're giving $5 away for just viewing it, but hey whatever. Only real limit is that you have to use it on a "Paypal Official" seller, so something like ebay. I'm not sure if it'll work with Steam, but if it does, that's where ill be spending mine.
