October it is! Book some time off gentlemen, It looks as though October the 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th might make for a good saturday night out, drop a message here if you are available and we'll see which most will be able to attend!

I should be able to go any off those dates aslong as the date is set enough in advance so that I can get the whole weekend off

I'll certainly try to be there! I just moved to the UK (dangerously close to Gwynzer), so it'll be easier for me since last time.

I might combine it with a short 3 day vacation and doing some sightseeing in london, last time I was there I was a kid.

If you are only going to be in London, I'd recommend against hiring a car. Driving in London is horrible and the tube/buses are cheaper.

I'd recommend getting a travel card for ~£12 per day for unlimited travel. Or get an Oyster Card (£5 cost that's refundable if you return the card) and it's about £2.50 per trip capped at about £7 per day. It's about £100 per day minimum for car hire, then add on fuel and parking.

Or we could do that, but like Sloth said public transport is cheaper and I don't even have a drivers license anyway :lol:
