resetting origins password

Hi guys,

So I used to have an EA account. When I tried to set up an Orign account using the same e-mail it said I couldn't so I tried to re-set the password for the account, now orign, that matches the e-mail. I get an e-mail from EA saying the normal 'click the link to reset password' but they link is just radomn numbers and letters and doesn't function as an url.

So I try copying that code into the validation code field in the orgin logon and it either tells me the e-mail account it not valid or the code isn't valid (i've tried more than once).

Has anybody got their password re-set and did that link work for you?
