New issue reported.

In case no one else can take a look, I'll log in and see what's going on when I get home tonight.

Repaired.

There were two instances of TS3 Server running on our host. This is most likely due to Von Krieg and myself both logging into the server last night to 'repair' the TS3 Server after our host server rebooted (due to Windows Updates).

I killed both instances and restarted one.
Then cleaned cache on the forums.

At the top of the TS viewer, click on the server name.

Also this thead has old IP reference.
viewtopic.php?f=263&t=16503

This is a fuzzy area with the 1 million other things to address. Can someone on the web crew clean this up or should we assign a volunteer to take this task on? I'd really, really, really like to see all references to a TS address be ts3.global-conflict.org or some such rather than an actual static IP address. Web stuff is not my strong point, but I'm sure it is someones...

I fixed the ip. I think only madcow has the permissions to change from ip to DNS name.

I can change the DNS to point to the IP, I haven't done cause I wasn't sure if it should be done. Will do it now.

would that be enough not to need to type the ip in order to connect to our TS?

Yea, you'd type ts.global-conflict.org instead of the IP.

Do you think TS viewer would need any adjusting?

OK, both ts.global-conflict.org and teamspeak.global-conflict.org are pointing at 66.150.121.103 now. Will take up to 48 hours for it to kick in across the net, but should be active for most people in a few hours (or instantly, I just connected to it :)).

You can if you want, however you don't have to. Just because those addresses can be used doesn't mean you can't still use the IP address as well.
