BF3: ingame settings lost every sessions RESOLVED

I seem to be unable to save my personal ingame settings (kits, key-settings) every time I restart the game I have to reset everything, which is pretty annoying. I always find settings that are some weeks old.

Albinokalle seems to have similar problems.

Anybody knows in which file the settings are saved and how to work around?

go to:
c:/user/your username/documents/battlefield3..
rightclick on your settings folder and take out the writeprotection,save...thats it
had the same problem,now it`s gone!
