BF3 color blind option
In case you may have ignored the color blind option, it may be worth it to try playing a day with it on. The text seems sharper for me. The colors contrst seem a bit overdone, but I'm probably going to continue to use it.

It's nice that developers are finally adding colour blind modes to games. Before this setting I couldn't tell the difference between enemy units and squad members.
