PB kicks (RESOLVED]

Yo guys, been having problems since the release of the patch before this one with 0 minute punkbuster kicks (I can't remember the exact wording of it, I'll try to get it next time I play). It'll usually happen somewhere between 10 - 30 minutes into a game, and it's making incredibly difficult to play battlefield properly, as all my stats often get wiped before a round ends. It also makes it a hastle to play on battledays since I'm getting kicked once per round.

Dice hasn't done crap about it yet, so I'm curious if anyone here has found any solutions.

Does it mention something about versions? Your Punkbuster is probably outdated and is too retarded to update itself. Try to update it manually.

Yep, do a manual update of PB. That normally fixes all PB kick issues.

I was having the same issue, just download the latest version of PB for BF3 and put it in the correct folder that the problem goes away.

It's easier to use the program linked above by Henidhor. You just point it to the game installation folder, it checks your PB folder and updates if needed.

I do it every time a patch comes out. Never works.

Disable as many bacground software as you can (AV, win updates,ect..) Something must trigger PB to kick. PB doesn't like something and it doesn't mean its the game, we all have the same version of the game.

Delete everything in the BF3's PB folder and manually download the latest files. The automated process can be buggy.

The exact PB kick message may reveal a clue if a fresh install doesnt resolve it. You may need to turn on PB logging.
