Man that sucks. I hope this guys even do as they say. Wouldn't suprise me if it would take 2 weeks for a reply

I will wait will monday evening, if they don't contact me I will just contact them..

One of the problems were that I filled in a random date of birth. If I knew what I had filled in they could reset my EA account directly.

I'm sorry to hear that they couldn't help you right away. Hopefully they can fix it fairly quick.
