TS Nickname [RESOLVED thx matsif]

With my recent promotion to Private 2, I've had to change my TS tags to reflect my new rank. However, every time I log into TS, it's reverted back to the old [DDP0] and I once again have to change it to [DDM1]. Anyone have any idea why this might be? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!
