Ya, the frontpage TS plugin says that there are people on, but both my bookmark and the "Join now" button leave me with "failed to connect". They're attempting to connect to "74.91.116.203" if that helps

Front page link works again, though when I connected...
Apparently someone did have a backup of the server, as everything is back to the way it was before the hack. All the GIFs too!

Can not connect via RDP so I guess that the server is currently updating. It was needing it last week when I last checked.
It's been needing them for a while so will probably be a few hours. I'll check again before I go to bed
EDIT: Didn't go off due to updates, dunno why. Back up now
