Bios only beeps at you when it cant finish post. Which usually means it cant show video.
Even the beeps can be wrong. But when you cant see anything, first thing to do is swap video card. Its all guesswork and eliminate the most likely problem.

Fans usually dont spin up unless high temps are detected. If the vid thinks its overheating, it will run fans at 100%. You may have an overheating vid card.

I don't know if this is relevant anymore, but I had that same issue about 8 years ago starting games and it turned out to be a bad stick of ram. When the videocard called upon system ram to play games my screen would go black. I don't know if modern GPUs even bother with system ram to supplement their own anymore.

Really...well according to my bios it says video card problem though o.O
