That's bug that i think was introduced with 3.0.9. AFAIK, the TeamSpeak devs are aware of this, so i guess there will be a patch sooner or later.

In the meantime, i guess you could either ignore it, if it's not affecting your framerate too much, and just clear out the recording folder after every game , or deactive the overlay.

EDIT: i just found the TS forum thread about it, and one of the devs posted a newer version of the overlay (just the plugin, not TS).
