WMM adding background noise in videos

Hey guys, HGX here with another problem.

To resize my videos, im using WMM 2.6 (windows movie maker) since I started. Never had a problem, but today I founded that my videos have background noise AFTER doing the resize process in WMM.
Im using the same configuration as always, and im doing the same process as I always did.
The audio is perfectly fine until I resize them.

For example:

First video: common upload (recorded almost a day before this issue started)

Audio is fine.

Second video: sound test that I just made (after WMM resize)

Audio is totally broken (rendering this in Vegas doesn't fix the problem) (Also ignore non-render video quality and spanish words, it's just sound testing)

Any ideas why is this happening?

Try encoding your video and audio separately. Use BeSweet or whatever you have for audio.
