If you just want to render use VirtualDub and an audio editor of your choice (like Audacity).

OK, so I guess this would be my current set up?

FRAPS>>>>Windows Movies Makers>>>>Sony Vegas Pro 11(Because I only have a legal version of Win 7 x32)>>>>Youtube>>>>Profits?

Am I missing something?

BTW, is it easy to record in voice-overs?

Emm, do you mean like commentary added to your gameplay? Not sure if you mean that... my english.

But if you do, in sony vegas you only need to press record > set up a folder (or any place you want like the desktop) and record. It will record it in a 2nd audio channel, so you will be able to edit your commentary and in-game sound for separate.

For example:
Spoiler: show

The channel/track "2" (red) is in-game sound. (as you can see it has a blue line crossing it from side to side, almost at the bottom, that means that I lower the in-game volume because it was too loud)
The channel/track "3" (fking wierd ocean color) is music added just to that part of the clip, with the volume going up for a moment, and going back to mute at the end)
The channel/track "5" (green) is music added to that. (In this case there is no blue line, because I wanted the music to be loud, or I wasn't editing that at the moment, can't remember)

I know VideoLan (the guys from VLC player) is busy making a Video Editor. However it is still in alpha phase and there isn't a real solid version you can download right now.

[EDIT]
If you have a Linux machine too, you can try the free OpenShot Video Editor.

We're long overdue for a quality open-source video editor. Hope this guys will have the support to make it.

I also use Sony Vegas as a lot of people here, I did try a lot of free encoders but could not make any work with the Dxtory codec.

Open source video editor...

Blender is super powerful and you can edit video on it too...

I personally love Adobe products. I use Premiere and After Effects
