Screen Cap to Virtual Camera

Does anyone know a decent free screen capture software that out puts to virtual camera? I have tried Xsplit and VH Screen Capture but neither seem to want to output at all.

Supposed to be not to heavy on your CPU/GPU, but I havent tried it.

Thanks for the link . I gave it a look. Unfortunatley it only outputs to streams, not a virtual camera. What I was trying to find was something that outputs the screen to a kind of pretend webcam.
