cant access certain websites

Observations:
* Eg I cannot access in web browser: store.origin.com, levelbf.com
* Origin Client wont load the store at all (white blank), otherwise origin works normal.
* I cant join certain bf3 server, mostly from germany, but there was also one american. I get stuck at "connecting" and then get a disconnect after a while.
* Teamspeak says I am from Britain but my IP is certainly from the czech repulic

Already tried:
* repairing the crap out of bf3 install
* use Google DNS server instead of ISPs own
* Windows hosts file is empty/clean
* Flushing windows DNS cache
* Router setttings look normal
* At work I can access levebf.com and store.origin.com.

Thing is, I cant speak czech and communicating with the ISP might be very difficult...
If anyone has a clue were to look and what to try, I am happy with any suggestions!
(With google I just find a ton of crap)

I use now Windows Essential that fixed a lot of problems I had with Avast. Avast stop me randomly at "joining server" in BF3. This problem now is different.

Do the websites load if you use a proxy? Did you try completely resetting your router? Or unplugging it for a couple minutes and plugging it back it. Or try just plugging directly into the modem, no router.

If it happens in both Windows and Linux it has to be a router or ISP problem.

To me it seems an ISP problem, yeah...

a lot of ISPs have chat with a representative on their website.

I also have a very strange ISP. (more oriented towards companies or landlord who want to give a whole block of apartment internet). They dont even have an english website!

Oh well...my try to get a "normal" (public) ISP didnt work since an additional cable connection is needed and that would take time to install...

the website might not be in english, but that doesn't mean they don't have english representatives. have you tried calling?

english speaking czech people are a quite rare in the czech republic (except in Prague of course)

Out of curiosity, try to hook up your computer to a different rooter/internet connection and see if it works.
I once had a rooter that was broke (it used to crash in the BF games) but used worked fine outside the games. Rooter changed and problem solved.

you can always hang the phone you know. i doubt they'll call the police.
although english speaking Czech are rear, they might try to find you an english speaking representative (probably broken english) if you ask for it.

p.s. don't they have "for english, press 1"?

origin.com and store.origin.com are 2 different IP addresses. Can you ping these addresses? This would rule out a DNS issue.

If they dont DNS, try tracert these 2 addresses.
