Good Hardware Diagnostics Tool

When I purchased my comp late October, I had problems with installing Windows and when I took it back to the shop they told me it had a faulty ram so they replaced it, I was good to go. All good, until I started getting the blue screen of death from time to time. This got me worried, and I would like to run some diagnostics and see whether this is caused by a hardware problem (or if you have any other ideas what it might be). I was wondering if the PSU could handle everything, so I don't know if that can cause blue screens. Its only 600W.

Please share any good tools out there that I could use or any ideas what could be the problem.

You can use this to find out what was on the BSOD
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

This site might be flagged, that is because there are some Windows Password cracking/testing tools on it.

Don't use the PSU test, it can make your PSU blow up...

What's your specs and what model is the PSU?
