Had a message over twitter from rabidphoto. He has tried to register on the site, but his password will not work and he's been unable to reset the password.
Is it possible to reset his password (and email him the new one) so he can complete the sign up?

sounds to me like he didn't register, but instead tried to straight away log in, and afterwards change password. Maybe the person doesn't understand how forum registration works.
