Global Conflict

I'm having troubles with Push-to-talk activation when it's bound to my keyboard. Basically, it'll only work when it's bound to my mouse, which doesn't really work for gaming purposes... Does anyone have any suggestions?

Use a key editor to bind one of your mouses butons to a keyboard key.

Is your keyboard plugged in? Did you reconnect it?
Have you restarted Teamspeak? Your computer?
Have you reinstalled Teamspeak?

Restarting TS works for a couple of seconds, but upon joining the GC channel (or the public one) it stops working. The keyboard is definitely plugged in, since I can still use chat. I tried reconnecting it, but didn't work.

I'll try restarting the computer and re-installing TS next.

I had this problem this afternoon also. I fixed it by disabling the ACRE plugin and running ts as an administrator. Hope it works for you.

what buttons do you use for push-to-talk? I use middle mouse and numpad of CC.

Do you run TS as administrator?

I had this problem after the latest TS update and this was the solution:
Go to Settings->Options->Hotkeys. In the bottom left there is a drop down list thing. Change it to "Direct Input" if it isn't already.

I just reassigned my PTT key (assigned the same key again), and then it worked.

That was the first thing I tried too but it didn't work for me.
