Memory is very static sensitive. Ground yourself to the computer case when handling at the least.
Memory errors are either the memory itself, the motherboard, heat issues or possibly the power supply. Any chance of trying the memory in another computer?

As mentioned, its better to get memory on the motherboards approved/tested list. Could relax the timing to see if that helps. Sometimes a BIOS update is needed to use memory/CPUs added to their current approved list. But do not update BIOS until you have your memory issues resolved. Yah, catch 22.

If your memory is throwing up errors, most likely you will also have corrupted windows and software. Recommend a clean install of everything once your memory errors are resolved.
