Server 'overrun' by brazillians

I have recieved a tweet reporting that our server is overrun by Brazilians with over 400 ping. And it is 'breaking' our server, I'm not sure which server this is in reference to nor if people with high pings would actually harm the server. But I thought I better report it, just to be on the safe side.

AFAIK it's in our name but we don't have admin over it. Our only truely "official" servers are the ones we use on Battledays, which are both private.

I've actually had a couple of people popping on Teamspeak to have a moan about it, it's probably a good idea for us to take a look at actively admining it or having the GC name removed.

IIRC the only one with admin to that server is devgru, so if he's not online there's nothing we can do about it. not that it matters anyways because since he's running it in "official" mode he can't use plugins to autokick for high ping or even manually kick/ban players because of the...let's say unique...way DICE decided to set up that server setting.

he could set it to ranked and then watch it be empty all the time (because then the quick play crowd can't find it through quick play) and get all those fun controls, but then the server sits idle and empty more often than it does now.

People are probably referring to this server GC LOCKERS ONLY.

I have played here quite a lot, never seen an admin. I've even asked for it, never got an anwser.

Tho I do not see how a "brazilian" could have 400 ping on it (apart from intentionally lagging), being that I myself live even more far away from it and don't even reach 200.

But at the same time, half of the time you don't speak english in a english speaking server you become part of a lot of different nationalities that vary depending on the game you're playing.

I think I figured out how to get them off our server, just stick Flummi, Jocey and Gonzo in there and they'll also be destroyed so hard they'll never want to play the game again.
