Can't Launch BF4

So it's been awhile since I've played (moved to Japan and been deployed for a bit). Tried to update/launch tonight and battlelog wouldn't update in Chrome. Instead it said I should use plug in free launching which I turned on and now it just tells me origin is not running when it is.

I've also tried launching in Microsoft Edge, IE and Firefox with no luck.

Thing that have changed since I last launched BF4:
Moved to Japan
Upgraded to Windows 10
Updated all my other software (Kaspersky, Steam, Origin, etc.)

I had some problems with Kaspersky after updating to Windows 10, but solved them. I've had no other issues.

Maybe Kaspersky is restricting the application? You can check under Application Control --> Manage applications

gonna have to agree on kapersky, if battlelog isn't working in any browser it's the most likely culprit. that said I haven't even reinstalled BF4 since I updated to windows 10, if all you did was update it you may need to run a verify install on it or reinstall it in general.

Try verifying the update in Origin

You can select Battlelog to work with no plugin try that

Manually update punkbuster as well!

Check your firewall as well, because Windows 10 may be using its own built in firewall and might be blocking the connection to Origin/EA

Kaspersky says it's allowed, verified game data.

The issue seems to be battlelog not recognizing that Origin is running.

I did get it working in Firefox by turning plug-in launching back on, so I guess that's good enough.
