Global Conflict

I got myself a Razer Black Widow Tournament Edition Chroma V2, I installed the Razer Configurator looked at the effects that worked and shut my PC down. Now I seem not to be able to get any effects working the T10 and the caps lock keys are working fine and shine white after being pressed.
the brightness level is set to normal.

any ideas appreciated
