Glitch? - Gadgets able to capture flags

Most gadgets like MAV, soflam, drones, etc. where the game puts your 'presence' into the gadgets are able to capture flags.
On some maps it should be possible to capture backflags solely with MAVs and/or a SUAVs. from a relative safe location.

Do you guys consider this a possible glitch ? Or is this just a strange game mechanic we should include into our strategies?

Are we going to reduce the game to drone wars?
Seems pretty cheap tactic to fly a MAV to the enemy gimmy and capture it.
You can land it on a roof or some other inaccessible place and occasionally harass that flag remotly.

Definitely a glitch, there's no way i'm going to accept some robot capturing a point as fair play.

I realized this yesterday, but since I had an EOD bot I thought it was like the ability to arm/disarm MCOMs.

On an unrelated note: have someone tried using the Segway EOD ?

Instead of Jetdrops we now have SUAV RUSH!

Well... talking about gadgets, EOD bot seems a little bit... (cmon you know it) BROKEN! CHACHACHACHAAAAAN.

Disarming mcom when : MCOM DESTROYED + KILL + VEHICLE DESTROYED. (added picture)
Edit: apparently I SOMEHOW triggered the bomb on Zavod while disarming the mcom.

Torched a tank on the back for less than a second. (tank got hit once from the front before) DISABLED + DESTROYED.

Apparently EOD resists multiple shotgun shells at close range. (needs more testing)

Reading all this makes me think we should play without unlocks, or maybe just without gadgets at least untill it's fixed.

I don't know if you saw my post i the soviet UCAVs thread.
But I can make a simple app that lists everyone that have any banned thing equipped.
So TAs can easily "remind" people of the rules
