Too bad most of the players who will qualify for those new ranks right now are point farmers

WTF are you talking about DeJae, BF2 is way more team oriented than 42.

No, it's more squad oriented, not team oriented. The flags were much more important in 1942 since you could only spawn there, so the entire team had to coordinate to capture them. You couldn't spawn by your squad leader 5 meters from an enemy flag, you had to spawn far away from the flag, so you had to wait for armor support, planes, you had to precisely coordinate the attack to maximise the success, because if you died you had to start everything all over again.

8O Leroy-bro, one of these days we will have to talk about your resocialisation prozess, things like flowers, trees, food other than pizzas from call-a-pizza, actually leaving the computer for half an hour ... ok we shall not overdo in the beginning, lets think about 20 minutes first.

Actually leroy I was thinking about you specifically when I wrote this

That is why I changed "all of the players" to "most of the players" because I do believe that there are some players who have earned it 8)

p.s.

I get a kick out of how many times you have misinterpreted what I have written. 8O

Hard to say how many of them are point farmers. If someone is up there with less than 4 hours a day average, I'd say they padded their way up.

I've played with the #1 guy from another tournament and he's not one to 'pad' with a couple other people. He only plays Karkand (quickest points), loves being a sniper, and almost half the time he plays commander which will almost always get you into the top 3 scores each round if not the top score. His account averages 8.5 hours per day. If we all somehow played 60 hours a week, we'd prolly be right up there.

Some people also share one account with roommates/brothers/clan buddies and achieve the high daily hour averages.

ty for being so thoughtful

its easy to put few statements with combo 'all/most/some' in them and generalise, we all know whats gonna happen then

and, all is good as long u dont get kicked in

Best score can be earned on plane heavy maps with bombers (Cleansweep, Oman etc). I'm sure a number of you remembers me getting over a 100 kills in Wake Island in the last campaign, and that's while playing with the worst fighter in the game. Hell, I made 80 kills in one of the rounds of the main battle day (Dragon Valley 64) two weeks ago.
