TS3 Server Information

GC's TS3 server is up and running. TS3 is currently in its beta phase so you may experience some hiccoughs with it; the server has to be manually started so if it's down just shout and it'll be put up again ASAP.

The server and client versions are also constantly changing so you may find that your client is out of date or that the server is out of date (if the latter is the case please post in this thread). If your version is out of date you will need to update to the newest version.

It appears the server hosting TS3 had restarted, probably due to updates. The service has been restarted though, and life should be all good again

No, its not a bad topic. Its a topic that needs to be discussed because good people like you have been locked out.

I'm sure the people who passworded the server/channels will get right to you.

It may be quicker to ask someone who is on TS and in game what the PW is.

Edit: Many hours later and no response to his request for help. Seems TS has been mostly empty the last few days since passwording everything. Currently NO ONE on TS for several hours. Mission accomplished. Yah, I'm being a pain in the ass again. Sorry, nothing personal. I didnt experience the mayhem that some experienced as I'm rarely on TS. But locking everything down and forgetting about it doesnt seem to be the answer either.

i think its better passworded than become spammt every 10 minutes from stupid kids
like it was last friday!!

we can show the PW on our front page or in the "Welcome to GC post" because i don´t think the spammers look at our page before they go to our ts-server

Not sure about frontpage. But I think it has to be easily accessable. It can be changed at any time if its too accessable.

Be realistic guys, we do not have new members atm. So if there is somebody new in the forums, I am pretty sure we are able to make sure a newbi could be informed.

Just try to make sure the pass word is in a forum that is not accessible without registering.
