So I'm not the only one having to add people, etc. It'll probably become more of an issue once we A) hit the 100 cap, and B) start getting more recruits pre-campaign. Two execs so I'm not the only long term person with rights, and the two generals so they can approve any new recruits for their army that need adding to the platoon.

Recruits come and go. I would add those who stay for a while. Personally I don't see the platoon directly connected to the campaign. For pre campaign recruiting yes and during campaign breaks so that folks from GC can play together. But I don't think generals will need any rights regarding the platoon unless they want to. Just imo.
