Teamspeak Down?

As of 7:30 PDT March 14th it appears that our Teamspeak is down - we were all playing on a server together when we were all disconnected from Teamspeak and unable to rejoin. The website TS widget is giving error code 111: Connection Refused.

I can confirm this team speak is down, and still remains down 8:300pm PST.

0030 Eastern time, and I can connect without issue.

No, it's a virtual server running on Windows Server 2003. It has automatic updates turned on which is why it reboots every so often. It was set to look for updates at 3am CET (9pm EST) but I've changed that now to 10am CET (4am EST) so it shouldn't affect people as much anymore.
