Scattered reports have been recieved from field reporters about initial offensive action in - but not limited to - China, Iran and Leningrad. The Globe's field reporters filed notes on combat in Kazakhstan and Venezuela, but due to technical difficulties with our electronic equipment we have no information at this time.

Reports of huge tank battles across the length and width of the Gobi Desert have been independently confirmed by satellite footage. Experts estimate 5,000 DARK armoured units clashed with 2,000 defending PRIDe units on the open desert during a 96-hour battle that left wreckage and ordnance scattered over a 26 sq km area. Command and control units are still active in the area, and we have no video footage available as the our correspondent could not enter the warzone safely.

Western Siberia is currently locked in a stalemate, with PRIDe reportedly taking crippling casualties during the opening attack sometime last night. DARK withdrew during the early hours of the morning after inflicting significant losses to PRIDe forces. Medical evacuations have overflowed to local civilian hospitals while military hospitals struggle under the volume of cases.

Meanwhile, Leningrad has been subject to intense urban combat after infantry forces streamed into the city two days ago. Eyewitnesses report troops fighting from house-to-house in bloody urban warfare, culminating in a stalemate as PRIDe armoured and mechanised units halted the DARK advance at the Neva River after losses incurred during the advance robbed DARK of momentum.

More news as and when we receive it.
