How Did You Find GC?

on the merciless(MC) side, like Deutsch but found only a empty server and on the GCside it looked to complicated, then sushi25 made a post at MC about GC search for members (Campaign 4) and got me to try it

Again the Merciless Creations website, in the early days of 2003 I also read ChickenSalat's post regarding Barbarossa and overcame the obsticals of joining GC.

Being bored in pub servers .. I caught ChickenSalad post in reply to something over on ECGN's forums .. decided to look into GC .. joined up during GC3, rocked the boat and been here since.. unfortunately can't seem to drag any other ECGNers into here :/

back in the day, like last spring, I only had a cracked copy of BF1942. There is an IRC channel that lists cracked servers, and before one of the patches you could also play on Linux servers without a keygen. tje GC server ran or still runs on Linux and so it was listed.

So I found that GC had one of the best cracked servers and I decided to check out the site. It looked cool so I joined up. Then I bought the game when the next patch came out and have been here ever since...

I found GC through the BF tracks link. I was also getting bored with pub servers and was looking for more "organized gameplay"....thats what got my attention.

first an IRC friend told me about BfE.. played 2 campaigns there and then Davout told me that he need the "best player around" in his squad at GC
