with a capture software for streaming you capture any kind of video output. Could be your video player for example.
But you wont be able to stream in the quality you typically record (even in sweden). YT is still your best bet for upload your recordings.
1Mbit is okay for 720p and low/medium bitrate, or 480p and good bitrate.
in Sweden you can do anything!
Necro play your crap and make your upload software identify it as a video source worse case make it just detect the whole screen and play the video in full screen.
You would think that you would come to the video and audio technician about this problems specially since you kind of know me...
