I have no idea what the hell it all means and how its done in SV.
Could you tell me what i need to put where in Sony Vegas to match these recommended settings?

Yes! After your video is ready, go to File - Render As. Select Sony AVC/MVC, then click on any of the Blu-ray 1920-1080 presets and click on Customize Template, go to the System tab, and on File Format select MP4. Then go to the Audio tab and tick Include Audio, Select AAC, 48000, 384, Stereo. Then go to the Video tab, on Frame Size put the original resolution of the video, also put the original frame rate on the Frame Rate option, if you are using Dxtory that's 30 fps, and finally change the bitrate to something like 15.000.000 or 20.000.000. That should work!

Variable bit rate with those numbers for 15k for 1080. Stable bit rate for 720.
Also don't record on 720, then try to upscale it to 1080 while rendering in SV.

Try looking for any other template under Sony AVC/MVC that has the MP4 option, once you find one just customize it as above!

Yeah, I still need to figure out a way to show only the online streams, maybe doing a page with them or something like that. If anyone wants to help I'd be really thankful! And on that note, the red/green buttons on OP are not working anymore, I'm going to remove them.

KaptenKarp posted a url code a while back that combines several streams, that can be used to quickly identify who's streaming and who's not.
