Lvlcap is impressed by everything that has the BF4 trademark on it.
I highly doubt these elevators/passeges are going to help with a 64 clusterfuck.
And im pretty desappointed with the 2nd assault map choice.

I think you could be wrong, when pushing up the stairs it's a massive advantage to be able to attack them from the rear. Also with the alternate way up there will be less defenders in general as they'll be more spread out.

I like metro :D

Wait, can someone clarify this? One of the DLC packs are just re-imagined maps from BF3..?

Edit: It is. It's from a DLC pack called "Second Assault".

I always thought of B2K as a different situation. BF2 came out in 2005 on an outdated engine. BF3 came out in 2011. This means that the amount of change in terms of graphics/gameplay isn't really changed all that much besides some slight changes and addition of "levolution". It's a very big difference between a re-imagination of a game that was made 6 years ago and a game that was made 2 years ago.

I would have been perfectly fine with a re-imagination of some older BF2 maps rather than re-hashing something we saw just 2 years ago.

Operation Metro looks the same sh*t as it was in BF3.Well,at least the competitive players will have a good infantry only conquest map.

Mashtuur city, Shongua Stalemate, Dragon Valley, etc. Those were the maps and BF2 was the game.

Its 64 we're talking about. These narrow passages they added are easily blockable by 5-6 guys.
Elevators are just a gimmick. I always felt at a disadvantage when riding an elevator and the doors opened, not the other way around.
Its just an easier way to kill packs of enemies with C4 on the doors.

Don't forget the biggest problem with metro is the m320 spammers.
Sit on an ammo box on the other side, point down the stares and click. Repeat clicking until end of round. Result: 60-0.

While it is nice they added some more ways around I agree Metro is totally "unbattlefield". It still is way to linear you should be able to run around and take the back flag without even going in the metro system.

RE DLCs, wow I am always impressed if somebody is selling me the same ol' stuff telling me it is new. Can't wait to see that new map - wait what is it called Wake ... I want Iwo Yima back!!!
