This guy has not participated in a GC campaign for about 2 years, and yet he's frequently on our TeamSpeak server with his friends playing games completely unrelated to GC.
As he's a freeloader non-member, I recommend we kick and ban him from TS until such time he's actually active in some sense in the TS ecosystem.

I would hope that members that do participate don't see other members that don't as freeloaders. And I'd also hope GC hasn't become game exclusive. I've had my issues with GC and specific members, and when the dust settled, I see GC being about gamers wanting to play any game beyond a pub experience.
