I know the house thing. We bought a fixer upper, yet, I'm behind on fixing things almost 2 years later that I thought I'd have done in 6 months or less. My step-daughter and her husband just bought a piece of land in Texas and are almost done having their house built. I'm a bit jealous, these damn houses take constant energy when its yours and you want it nice.
