knowing youtube it will drop it down to 30fps as it probably only runs in 60 or 30 not in-between but give it shot and see.

Just render the vid at 60fps it will add in/repeat frames to bring the framerate upto 60.

The warthunder one is almost uncanny valley with how realistic and clear the people look, but it was probably already sorta like that with the 30fps vid.

Seems to only work for Chrome.
I don't use chrome. So I'll wait until support is added to other browsers.
